Bill Marganti headshot

William (Bill) Marganti
President

Company President William (Bill) Marganti began at DFF in the Quality Control department, and possesses 38 years of experience. Suffice it to say, these facts, coupled with his unwavering dedication to shorten cycle times, reduce costs and improve products and processes, benefits all DFF customers. A true hands-on leader, he interacts with internal and external groups including DFF customers and the DFF management team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Bill holds the following certifications and professional awards: ASQ Quality Auditor, ISO/AS9100 Implementation, Process Capability, Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques, Application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Certified Quality Manager, Managing Supply Chain Cost, Quality Technology, Reach & RoHS Institute, Pratt & Whitney Performance Award, Statistics Application, Tool and Die Manufacturing.

Tara Perino
VP Finance

Tara Perino, our VP of Finance, is responsible for leading and managing the complete finance function for DFF. With a strategic focus on business transformation, Tara oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting financial and management reporting and accounting/controls. With clear and concise communication and leadership, she establishes, improves and leverages key performance indicators (KPIs) for the DFF business unit, and represents DFF in financial and business-related matters.

Tara is an accomplished financial professional with more than 15 years of experiences as a senior financial executive, corporate controller and treasury lead. She holds multiple degrees and certifications and is an experienced professional in the manufacturing segment.

Dave Stickles headshot

David (Dave) Stickles
VP Contracts / IT

David (Dave) Stickles, our VP of Contracts / IT, drives development of the organization’s information technology implementation and operations while also overseeing contract reviews, negotiations and CapEx investments. In addition, he provides supply chain management and supplier qualification, and monitors and forecasts upcoming levels of demand with customers for Major Accounts.

Active in his community, Dave has held volunteer positions with local chambers of commerce, rotary and human resources groups, who benefited from the same attention-to-detail and strategic thinking customers of DFF enjoy when working with our company.

Jason Keck
Operations Manager

Jason Keck is the Operations Manager of our DFF subsidiary. He has over (24) years of Operations, Lean Manufacturing and Leadership expertise in Aerospace and Medical contract manufacturing. Jason has a strong record of success achieving operational excellence and building high-performance teams, while inspiring associates to attain personal and professional growth. He has held key positions of diverse scope and complexity across small, mid-market and large-scale manufacturing operations, specializing in the implementation of formal operations management systems, building structure, engagement, and operational execution. Prior to his role at DFF, Mr. Keck’s experiences include multi-site operations and consolidation, growth and sale of a single owner business to private equity, value stream transformation, and facilitation of waste reduction using lean tools. Jason studied at Western Michigan University, and the University of Phoenix.

David (Dave) Gabanelli
Director of Planning & Processing

David (Dave) Gabanelli, our Director of Planning & Processing, is responsible for overseeing and implementing the day-to-day planning and procedures of our busy company. Working closely with plant supervision and team members to monitor purchasing, materials, equipment, machines, manpower and lead times, he identifies constraints and schedules new orders to effectively utilize plant resources.

Having served as a Corporal in the United States Army, and studied mechanical engineering, Dave is strategic and disciplined, qualities that serve the company, and clients, well.

Cullen Gardner
Strategic Account Manager

As a United States Air Force veteran and former firefighter who has also worked as a process engineer, Cullen Gardner knows what it takes to create and successfully execute a plan. Joining our team in 2022 as our Strategic Account Manager, he builds upon what he’s learned in his past experiences and leverages his strategic thinking skills to foster meaningful and productive long-term relationships with our customers.

Responsible for successful engagement with end users and necessary internal sectors, Cullen manages and ensures the success of our many customers through ongoing account management and maintenance. He is skilled at creating and executing tactical initiatives to help meet growth objectives and maximize opportunities for our company.
