William (Bill) Marganti
President

Company President William (Bill) Marganti began at DFF in the Quality Control department, and possesses 38 years of experience. Suffice it to say, these facts, coupled with his unwavering dedication to shorten cycle times, reduce costs and improve products and processes, benefits all DFF customers. A true hands-on leader, he interacts with internal and external groups including DFF customers and the DFF management team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Bill holds the following certifications and professional awards: ASQ Quality Auditor, ISO/AS9100 Implementation, Process Capability, Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques, Application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Certified Quality Manager, Managing Supply Chain Cost, Quality Technology, Reach & RoHS Institute, Pratt & Whitney Performance Award, Statistics Application, Tool and Die Manufacturing.

Robert (Bob) Martel
VP Engineering Services

A technical thinker and hands-on doer, Bob Martel capably advises and engineers customer projects. As our VP of Engineering Services, he closely interacts with customers, suppliers and engineers to bring products from concept to completion.

With a goal of staying on the cutting-edge of technology, he continuously is researching and implementing new equipment, engineering software, and automation and workflow techniques, which he pairs with honest and thorough information exchanges. This mix of tried-and-true craftsmanship and relationship building with futuristic solutions is what sets us apart from our competition and what keeps customers coming back.

Gary Desrosiers
VP Quality Assurance

DFFs mission to improve the reliability and quality of customer end products. At the heart of the mission is quality, and at the heart of the quality department is Gary Desrosiers, our VP of Quality Assurance. A seasoned professional and longtime employee of the company, Gary capably leads our team of quality technicians who audit product conformance to requirements throughout production cycles.

Recognized for his contributions in the industry, Gary is a Certified Mechanical Inspector, Certified Quality Technician and Certified Quality Auditor by The American Society for Quality.

Raymond Brodowski
VP Operations

Raymond Brodowski, our VP of Operations, moved up through our organization, starting as an NC Machinist and moving on to various engineering positions before obtaining his current role. Suffice it to say, he is well-equipped to now oversee all operations in the manufacturing and assembly areas, having first-hand knowledge of the intricacies of the shop floor, DFF policies, procedures and quality standards.

Alan Paro
Treasurer

DFF Treasurer, Alan Paro, is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, utility billing and records management; developing and implementing daily, monthly and quarterly cash forecasting models; and meeting ongoing operational requirements. He holds degrees in finance, economics and business administration.

Travis Orszulak
Sales and Marketing Specialist

Working his way up within the organization from Estimator to his current role of Sales and Marketing Specialist, Travis has a deep understanding of DFF’s capabilities and product offerings. A 3-sport captain in high school, and recognized for his leadership, work ethic, sportsmanship and character, Travis takes great pride in everything he does, including his work and guiding customers throughout the sales process in the pursuit of production.  You can count on him to build relationships based on trust, and to work with his team to deliver solutions that are as reliable as they are cost-effective.

Stephanie Federico
Customer Service/Purchasing Manager

Stephanie Federico, our Customer Service/Purchasing Manager, oversees the Customer Service and Purchasing Departments. In her role, she manages customer and supplier accounts, and maintains a positive and motivational atmosphere, for the benefit of employees, customers and suppliers alike.
